SHIPPING INFO

We ship using An Post (the Irish postal service), DPD or FastWay..  Our shipping costs are calculated taking the postage cost and the packaging cost & time into account.  Tracked shipping (eg. registered post) would cost an additional €6.00 per package.

At Inside-Outside.ie it is our goal to have customers who are happy with our products and our service.  Please use our contact form on our home page to contact us with any queries, concerns or complaints that you may have.

We aim to ship within 96 hours of receiving your order, weekends and bank holidays allowing.

 

Upon placing an order you will receive a confirmation email from us.  Once your purchase is dispatched we will contact you again to update you.


We do not provide your contact information to any third party outside of our fulfillment warehouse, and, unless otherwise indicated by you, we will only communicate with you regarding your order, possibly including a follow-up email to ensure that you are happy with your purchase.

 

We use PayPal and Stripe to accept payments.  We do not have access to your payment details.

  • Do you have any FAQs
    As a new company we haven't had any questions yet. As they arise we'll include the frequently asked ones here!
  • Can I insert pictures in my FAQ?
    Yes! To add a picture follow these simple steps: Enter App Settings Click the "Manage Questions" button Click on the question you would like to attach a picture to When editing your answer, click on the picture icon and then add an image from your library
  • Can I insert a video in my FAQ?
    Yes! Users can add video from YouTube or Vimeo with ease: Enter App Settings Click the "Manage Questions" button Click on the question you would like to attach a video to When editing your answer, click on the video icon and then paste the YouTube or Vimeo video URL That's it! A thumbnail of your video will appear in answer text box
  • How do I edit or remove the "FAQ title"?"
    The FAQ title can be adjusted in the settings tab of the App Settings. You can also remove the title by unchecking its checkbox in the settings tab.
